Steps To Submit Class Wallet Invoices

⚠️ Please Don't delay.....submit your invoices as soon as you receive them

PLEASE NOTE: If we do not receive a confirmation of submission within 15 days of the due date noted on the invoice, we will require a credit card on file for all future services. 

The credit card will be used for all delayed submissions (past 15 days) or any unpaid services received. 

Class Wallet can take 5-60 business days to submit payments to vendors, but we must continue to pay our team members for services provided which can make it difficult when families fail to submit invoices in a timely manner. 

Please help ensure all Arizona families can continue to use services from approved vendors by doing your part and submitting invoices promptly.
