HOW DO I RESERVE A CAGE, BOOK A LESSON, OR RESERVE THE FACILITY FOR A PARTY OR TEAM?

Our online schedule will provide the opportunity to book cages & lessons. You can access it several ways:

  • Website: The Facility AZ
  • Phone App: After June 2nd, download the new app and book right from your phone!

Yes! Our First Impressions Team are always willing to help and will be available to help Monday-Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

✅ WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY NEW FREEDOM PERFORMANCE ACCOUNT?

Many of the items on your current account will be autotransfered over to your NEW account. The following items will need to be collected again to complete you new account: 

  • Credit Card Information: You will be required to enter your credit card information into your new account (This is for you saftey and required by the processors). 
  • Phone App: Download the new app directly from the APP STORE: Simply search Freedom Performance and download to get started!
  • Membership & Package Contracts: You will be required to sign a new contract when your account is transfered. 
  • You will receive emails: These emails will come from themachine@pushpress.com. Please add this email address to your contact list, to ensure you receive appointment reminders and other important information from Freedom Performance. 

Memberships, PAYMENTS & Monthly BILLING

✅ IF I HAVE A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, IS ANYTHING GOING TO CHANGE?

  • Freedom Performance Monthly Membership Rates:
    • Grandfathered Rates: If you were grandfathered into a lower rate, those rates will remain the same. 
    • 2x & 3x PER WEEK: These membership rates will remain the same. 
    • ALL IN: Lower Monthly Rate Beginning June 1st! $179 ($20 Discount)
    • FAMILY: Lower Monthly Rate Beginning June 1st $299 ($20 Discount)
  • Freedom Performance Monthly Memberships will now include: Group Training Classes, Compression Boots, Regular Progress Evaluations, Nutrition Counseling, & 15-Min Physical Therapy Evaluations (No longer includes cage rentals)

 

  • Process Driven NEW Monthly Baseball/Softball Memberships: PDSA will begin offering memberships that provide unlimited cage & pitching tunnel rentals + lessons for an affordable rate. Click Here for details and to sign up!

 

  • Unlimited Memberships: The Unlimited Membership will be discontinued, as it's currently formatted.

✅ WILL I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO ENSURE MY MEMBERSHIP RUNS UNINTERRUPTED?

We are working in the background to convert all current memberships into the new Freedom Performance systems, contact current members who may benefit from a PDSA membership, and discuss options with our current unlimited members. 

  • Freedom Performance Members: You will need to enter your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION into your new online account. Please respond to this request right away, so your membership will continue uninterrpted. 
  • Process Driven Members & Package Holders: Your account will remain the same and will retain all current information. Nothing is required for you to continue your benefits. 
  • ESA MEMBER CLIENTS: You should have received a phone call, text or email recently to ensure you intend to renew. Once confirmed, you will now submit all your invoices for monthly Freedom Performance memberships through Class Wallet under Freedom Performance vs Process Driven Sports. 

 

✅ WILL I LOSE ANY CURRENT CREDITS I HAVE FROM LESSON OR PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES?

No way! We want all our clients to be able to use the credits they paid for. Any credits you have at the end of the month, will transfer to our new systems and will be ready to use. 

All expiration dates on current packages will remain, so make sure you are keeping up with booking your sessions! 

ESA BASEBALL/SOFTBALL CLIENTS:

  • You will continue to submit all invoices for Lesson Packages to Process Driven Sports Academy through Class Wallet.
  • Freedom Performance Personal Training Packages will need to be submitted to Freedom Performance (listed in your CW Vendor List).
