Go to our website www.thefacilityaz.com then follow these instructions to log into your online account. From here you'll be able to:

  • Sign any available contracts or yearly participation waiver renewals
  • Update any personal information or emergency contacts
  • Update/add payment method
  • Schedule/check-in for group classes or individual lessons
  • See current membership(s) and payment history
  • Access the mobile app
  • And much more!

PASSWORD: If you don't remember your password, or have not set up a password you can use the "forgot password" button to reset or set up a password for your account.

WAIVERS & CONTRACTS

Once you're logged into your account you may see a waiver or contract that needs to be signed before using the system. 

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Each time you purchase a new package, a contract signature is required. 
  • At the beginning of each calendar year, a new participation waiver will be required. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Once you're logged into your account, you can easily add or update your payment method. 

Please Note:

  • All credit cards kept on file MUST be entered in by the client from their online account. We do not have an on-site processor. For more information on how we keep your credit card safe from fraud and prevent fraudulent charge backs, please visit:  Merchant Services Regulations (PCI/DSS Quick Reference Guide)

 

  • If you have a monthly membership and your credit card is declined for any reason, a $15 admin fee will be added to your next bill. 

 

  • If your card is lost or stolen - please be proactive and update your Process Driven Online Account as soon as you close your card to avoid unnecessary fees.

See in this short video how to access the upcoming schedule and book your lessons and group classes. Once you've reserved your spot you'll be able to check-in to the class as well. 

You can easily filter the schedule by coach or session type to make it easier to find what you're looking for! 

 

We require pre-registration for the following group classes: Cage Rentals, Live Batting, Individual Lessons & Group Boxing Classes

 

Individual Lessons: We currently offer individual lessons for Baseball, Softball, Boxing, & Kickboxing. If you have a Lesson Package, you can use your lesson credits to book your lesson. 

➡️ If you book lessons without a package, you will be directed to pay at time of booking, to secure your spot. 

➡️ If you're booking a lesson for the first time, please send a text to (928) 224-8970 to receive your personal payment link with our first time lesson price of just $69!

 

Semi-Private Lessons: When you wish to book your semi-private lessons with a coach, please log into the account that holds the main lesson package to find and book your lesson. Once complete, our admin team will receive an alert and we will add the second athlete onto the lesson and remove a pass from your "Add On" Package. 

 

⚠️ REMEMBER: When you purchase a lesson package, your lesson credits DO expire, so don't wait until the last minute to book your lesson! You can book out lessons up to 60 days in advance, in most cases. 

 

CHECKING IN

 

Everyone MUST check in when they arrive for their lessons, cages, or group classes. 

 

You have two options:

  • Utilize the WHITE iPad onsite to check in. 
  • Check in right from your phone app! See the video to watch how it's done ➡️

 

⚠️ When you fail to check in, your coach runs the risk of not being compensated for their time and you put our business at risk by not logging your attendance. It takes less than 30 Seconds to check in, please make this a priority every time you visit The Facility. 

 

⚠️ When you enter Process Driven's Facility without registering and checking in properly, you put our business at risk. Please help us keep our Facility in business by following the proper steps to log your attendance.
